Alex Gonzaga apologized to her husband, Lipa City Councilor Mikee Morada, for her third miscarriage even as she assured him they would be blessed with their first child through “God’s grace.”
In the last part of her 37th birthday vlog uploaded on her YouTube channel on Monday, January 27, Gonzaga recalled her recent hospital visit for an undisclosed procedure where she was accompanied by her husband.

Gonzaga’s vlog then shifted to a brief recollection of her hospital visit last January 9. She didn’t disclose what the procedure was for, although Morada revealed that she suffered from her third miscarriage in December 2024.

Gonzaga also looked back at the particular hospital visit on her Instagram page on the same day, while sharing a clip of herself giggling at her husband’s antics.
“My favorite memory is when my husband made sure I was happy before my medical procedure,” she wrote on the video.

A blighted ovum occurs when a fertilized egg fails to develop into an embryo despite implanting itself in a woman’s uterus.
Morada also shared that he and Gonzaga consulted two obstetrician-gynecologists (or OB-GYN), where the second OB-GYN allowed them to hear their child’s heartbeat.
The actress-vlogger previously suffered a miscarriage in 2021 and 2023.
